OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES:

We can offer monitoring and coaching for activities; such as, running, nordic walking, hiking and mountain biking for all of those wanting to spend more time outdoors.
The listed activities are adjusted according to the skill of the individual participant.

RUNNING:

Duration of training: 30-90 minutes
Types of training: starting with the build up of an endurance base up to a methodical interval workout.
Coaching:

  • Individually determined training logs, which are based upon fitness-checks offered to you by Quo Vadis.
  • Specific strength exercises for the sake of injury prevention and the improvement of running technique.
  • Your coach will serve as your running partner regardless of pace.
